Service Guidelines
- The client must supply all source materials, including written content, images, and videos, for use in collaterals. By doing so, the client confirms that they have the necessary rights to use the provided media.
- In cases where approval is required, the client must approve before the due date. Failure to do so will result in approval being granted by default.
- One revision is allowed per design collateral. Additional modifications will incur a fee of $20 per revision.
- Turnaround time (business days) varies depending on the complexity of the required changes and the availability of source materials.
- If you require a complete website makeover, please note that this applies only to brands with an existing website. Web design from scratch will be billed at the regular rates.
Quality Guarantee
Ad Character guarantees quality through regular status checks, aligning with your vision and brand. Our design reviews ensure adherence to your brand guidelines.
Payment
Full payment for all services is required before services can commence.
Retainer
All administrative services have a minimum of 6 months retainer requirement.
